Sterling Roses is a blog created for ladies who love fashion, beauty, home décor, family life, and everything in between. My goal is to be a positive and uplifting light in your day and to grow a positive and authentic community here with all you lovely ladies. I hope to share a real and refreshing perspective and to encourage and inspire you as I share my journey. I hope that you will join me on this crazy adventure we call life.
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in English literature. I worked in healthcare throughout university and beyond until I became a stay-at-home mom in 2014. After having my second child, I wanted to explore a new hobby that would allow me to express myself creatively and would combine my love of writing with my passion for style, beauty, home décor, and motherhood. This all lead into starting Sterling Roses, and I am so excited to see where this journey will take us!
